Utilized CRM (customer relationship management) to create detailed tickets that assisted the Audio Visual department with optimizing time management during the install or repair of A/V systems.Created documents in Microsoft Excel and Word to track company assets and kept inventory up to date. Responsible for organizing warehouse storage of equipment, asset recovery, and doing return merchandise authorizations.Responsible for refreshing the entirety of both properties’ displays a few times over. Over the ten years of employment the A/V department replaced thousands of displays, including multiple video walls and conference centers.Replaced and configured thousands of media players and video signs for the casino’s blackjack tables.Provided general support for the replacement of the casino’s audio systems. Replaced both properties’ outdated Peavey Nware system with QSC’s Qsys. This included 80 amplifiers and a software change.
