Current- Development of industrial projects from Due Diligence to construction.- Negotiation in the land purchase and sale stage to ensure feasibility when building.- Planning of comprehensive solutions in industrial parks in order to prepare the project infrastructure.- Analysis and development of engineering (grade, dirt, drinking water, sanitary drainage, stormwater) for construction in industrial projects.- Monitoring of feasibility procedures before different agencies and regulatory bodies of the Northeast and Bajío region.- Project status management through Microsoft MS Project.- Preparation of hydrological studies with a focus on the pluvial solution of the park to be developed.- Determination of grades with earthworks seeking optimization in earthworks.
