Projects Interface Manager
CurrentInterface Manager for the multi-billion dollar Tamar Gas Development Project, offshore and onshore in the Eastern Mediterranean, on behalf of Noble Energy. Specifically responsible for managing all interfaces between the US client team, worldwide engineering teams, Israel-based client team, and Israeli construction companies. Supported and facilitated logistics of critical items and specialized personnel, with focus on any issues that had potential to impact the critical path construction or shutdown/tie-in schedules. Assembled and maintained all interface registers and reports for all parties and stakeholders. Responsible for the development of all Israeli government permits packages, including engineering and as-built documents. Oversaw in country document control and coordinated information exchange with all vendors and contractors to address RFIs. Provided support to Operations to facilitate smooth startup and initial operations.Interface Manager for the complex AOT Compression Project onshore Israel, which included the addition of three new LM2500 GE turbocompressors, process equipment, piping, automation, electrical systems, and buildings into an existing, operational and high-reliability/low-downtime gas reception terminal. Supported the project with similar interface management duties as Tamar, with additional focus on resolution of critical technical issues involving vibration and valve upgrades, focusing on safe resolution of issues to minimize operational downtime. The project was engineered in US, with worldwide procurement, and construction, erection and installation onshore Israel.
