This job entails various skills that is beneficial for molding my skill as an English teacher. This work develops the four aspects of learning (reading, writing, speaking, listening). In writing, especially for businessman students, we ask them to write about a certain topic. We also give emphasis on speaking which is the most significant part for non- native speakers. Furthermore, this line of work is a good training ground for EFL teachers for a reason than it can help them to adjust to any kind of students and discover good teaching strategy that will cater students abilities and willingness to English language.

This job was quite challenging because it requires manual skill and physical endurance. Though it's a difficult job still I solicited learning and skills beneficial for my profession. I learned computer and machine operation because of this job.
