Team Leadership & Project Management: Lead and manage teams of 12+ onshore and offshore developers, overseeing both functional and technical aspects of project delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders, PMO, and C-suite executives to ensure project milestones, budgets, and deliverables are met.Solution Architecture & Design: Architect complex integrations and customizations for Dynamics 365, including high-volume systems like CDP, EDI, and warehouse management, leveraging Azure resources such as Function Apps, Service Bus, and CosmosDB. Design migration strategies and lead technical design sessions, producing functional and technical documentation.Development & Integration: Manage the development and deployment of custom solutions, including DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure infrastructure. Develop and implement multiple Azure integrations and maintain ISV solutions such as Avalara, Retail Realm, and SK Global.Data Management & Reporting: Architect data migration strategies and build data warehouses using Azure Synapse and Power BI. Create Power BI reports and manage BYOD implementations to integrate data from CRM and ERP systems.Module Expertise: Lead customizations and support for D365 modules including AP, AR, GL, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Sales & Marketing, System Administration, and Production. Work closely with Microsoft to drive improvements in supply chain and revenue recognition modules.Ongoing Support & Training: Provide on-going system support, troubleshooting, and optimization.
