StockDiagnostics.com was conceived from my research of Enron's Financial Statements in December 2001. The shares of the high flying energy company, the market's "Tesla at the time" reached an all-time high in June 2001 before the company declared bankruptcy in December 2001. The spectacular flame out motivated my performing a post-mortem on Enron's financials. The common denominator, which could have been utilized to predict Enron's fiery crash in June 2001 was identified. The common denominator was converted into the algorithm which I utilized to predict the collapses of Lehman, Bear Stearns, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs in a September 2007 Equities Magazine article. Research of Enron resulted in my developing expertise to predict the direction of a stock or a market based on my analysis of the operating cash flow.
