Founder
Current
Founder & President
CurrentBootstrapped from $300 to $4M in revenue I founded Dynomighty with $300 while working 9-to-5 at MoMA after I had my first viable idea for a product, a link-less magnetic bracelet. It was many years of learning on the job while I grew the product line from magnetic jewelry to desk accessories, Tyvek wallets and other Tyvek accessories to an annual gross.
Pioneer Of Youtube Video Marketing
My first breakout success came on YouTube when a video I made to demonstrate my magnetic jewelry was a viral hit within one month of posting it on YouTube. I sold over $150,000 in merchandise in a couple months launching me into worldwide “youtube fame” and I never advertised outside of making videos for YouTube for 8 years.
Launched "Artist Collective" Crowdsourced Design Platform For Mighty Wallet
In 2013 I launched "Artist Collective'', an online collaborative platform with independent artists around the world to design the next Mighty Wallet designs while giving over $70K back to artists in its first two years alone. Today there are over 800 artists creating what could become the next best selling Mighty Wallet.
Youtube Case Study
Google Sandbox and YouTube featured Dynomighty as a Case Study for innovative use of online video to market a small business. By several viral videos on a very small budget I was able to create a vibrant customer base and following for years.
Pioneer Of Qr Codes In National Tv Advertising
Google TV Ads was a nationwide ad platform that bought up TV ad space like Adwords on an auction basis and gave me access to shows like "The Daily Show” nightly with a bid of only $200. My revolutionary ad produced on a laptop had a QR code in the call to action that said “Pause it, Scan it and Get it” as the 1st consumer product that integrated QR codes.
Digital Production Associate
Had various job responsibilities. Started as the PR Assistant to Regina Silvers for MoMA Retail and later transitioned into working for the MoMA Online Store as the Digital Production Associate, in charge of all graphic elements related the site, including email design, e-cards, product photography, etc. I later began to photograph many of the silo shot.
Program Coordinator
Worked at the American Art School that is now managed by Savannah College of Art and Design. During my time there the school was managed by the Cleveland Institute of Art. I was in charge of all non-curriculum based activities and events for the students including; local field trips to artist studios, visits to museums, historical sites and local cultural.
