Tasked with aggressively rejuvenation the company IT policies and planning the implementation of their new technologies vision. I was brought in after an unfortunate event in which Now Recruitment had been the victim of a liquidation deliberately after signing a lease agreement for services. I was tasked to asses the situation, create a damage limitation plan and keep the company operational whilst their Board of Directors exited its now de-funct contract with the previous IT company. I successfully migrated all of their physical servers (15 in total) via VSphere to a single virtualised host and helped get neglected remote sites up to speed with their IT needs.

Spanair had two main operating hangers within the south Airport of Tenerife. I was tasked with day to day operations and acting as a technical liaison for the company between their head office nd outsourced IT services.

My job roles were to design, configure and help in rolling out large scale networks (MPLS). The maintenance duties of every subset also fell under my responsibilities and their various assets whilst acting as a point of contact for clients . This involved travelling to other countries where necessary to follow up on previous sales efforts to assure projects were consistently being delivered to a high standard.
