I am the IT Coordinator of Integrity Billing Company. I advise and administrate decisions relating to IT infrastructure. I have overseen an office renovation as well as an office move. During our office move I scheduled and managed several vendors moving equipment and services including our cubicles, phone system, computers, servers, networking hardware, cabling, printers, phone service internet service and fax service. Through effective project management, I have ensured Integrity Billing Company can continue to effectively manage our client’s revenue cycles. After our office move, I have acted as a liaison to ensure maximum utilization of software and managed services. I assist the staff in learning how to use office-based software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. I facilitate computer, network, and security changes by properly communicating between managed service vendors and the Integrity staff and executives by properly decoding IT and Medical jargon for both parties. I seek out improvements to systems currently in place to improve reliability, as well as functionality. I have experience with windows server 2016 and Linux based software. I am proficient in the use of windows 7 and 10. I have experience maintaining NEC based PBX phone systems as well as network printers. I am experienced in and assist with the use of social media including twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. I am eager to grow and look for new ways to improve myself professionally.
