My innate desire to further my knowledge in the field of health and wellness has naturally led me to study such topics at the university level. Throughout my undergraduate degree at St.FX, I directed my studies towards courses that would facilitate the enhancement of my understanding of the human body. As I've progressed, my outlook on health and wellness has evolved to encompass a holistic view that includes physical, social, emotional, spiritual, and intellectual health. This broader perspective has led me to recognize the profound ability of educators to enhance the lives of their students by instilling healthy habits and promoting well-being. Specifically, I am interested in optimizing one's quality of life through non-invasive health interventions, taking into account the multifaceted nature of well-being. With degrees in both Kinesiology and Education (Physical Education Specialization), I feel that I am ready, willing, capable, and eager to learn more about how I can help others live the life that they desire.
