Daniel Tong is a Software Engineering Intern at Bloomberg LP. Colleagues describe him as "I had the pleasure of teaching Daniel for a few years, including the advanced placement chemistry course. In this time, he showed outstanding interest and focus on learning the intricacies of chemistry and science. He was always keen and willing to do extra work for real mastery of the subject. He represented the provincial team in the chemistry Olympiad and ranked outstandingly in Chem13 showing himself as one of the top students in the country. He has similar achievements in the other sciences and in math. He is a focused and strong self learner that is constantly engaged, positive, responsible and trying to improve.
