System Analyst
- Analyze new and complex project related problems to create innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools and solution components.
- Provide applications systems analysis and programming activities for the Enterprise Customer Care Center Facilities and Sites at multiple locations domestic locations.
- Oversee and track all aspects of projects within the Technical Lifecycle Development.
- Work independently to determine and develop approaches to solutions in order to meet objectives and goals.Project Highlights:
- Developed and implemented a large-scale solution to increase and improve customer business though deployment and continuous improvement leveraging SMS (short message service) as a Channel.
- Headed project to develop training from the ground up and disseminate the final product to over 20k Management Employees and Call Center Agents.
