In this role:~ Developed and delivered a large volume of learning material related to knowledge management tools - presentations, webinars, and videos~ Worked with senior Learning leadership in the countries to plan learning approach and secure agreement on integration~ Led learning integration efforts in the countries, incorporating materials into prehire and new hire sites, onboarding, facilitator guides, and the program ‘experience’
