Diego is responsible for the sustaining of Vision products, controlling the timely delivery and availability of products as well as in accordance with the inventory plan, by means of SCM tools Agile as GPECM.Diego is involved in the planning of procurement and supply chain activities as BOM generation, ECN and ECO requests, identification, testing and creation in database new replacement components, when some components are declared as NRND and EOL by manufacturers, by using GPECM and Agile applications.Diego has led an interdisciplinary group of 50 people to provide several telecommunication solutions for several customers such as Banking, Chemical Industries, Government ministries, Retail, Insurance, Financial Services, Banking, Construction and Education, by involving logistic, Inventory and delivery SAP Modules and controlling CAPEX & OPEX indicators.Diego has participated for 15 years in Supply Chain Management activities as supporting Material Management, Inventory status, RFQ, PO and SO activities by monitoring significance trends, changes in suppliers and prices and advice management by means of ERP SAP.Diego has been involving for about 20 years in technology solutions as leader and field engineer of Installations using several technologies as Fiber optic, copper, wireless, VSAT, VPLS/MPLS, and VHF Diego is trilingual (English, French and Spanish) and has a bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, master’s in Project management, DEC Technical Diploma in Electronics, and certification in SAP.
