I am an associate professor at The Berglas School of Economics, Tel Aviv University, and I am currently visiting Stanford University (Department of Economics and SIEPR). My research investigates the transformation in healthcare driven by advancements in digitization, new care models like urgent care centers and telemedicine, and innovative applications of predictive modeling and artificial intelligence. I'm also interested in networks in the context of healthcare, for example, as mediators of technology diffusion. My work has been supported by the Israel Science Foundation and published in prominent academic journals such as the American Economic Journals, the Review of Economics and Statistics, the Journal of the European Economic Association, the Journal of Health Economics, and JAMA Surgery.
