Movement Of Product operations such as:1. Blending of product to meet market specification.2. Tank gauging system operation.3. Operation of pumps

1. Control and Operate transfer of hydrocarbons for inter tank transfers and feeding process units like (CDU, RFCC).2. Preparetion of finished product for market specifications(Blending).3. Operate transfer motor pumps and check for over-current and mechanical damage.4. Perform routine inspection of transfer pipelines, valves and storage tanks to check for damage, over-pressurization, spillage or leakage. 5. Review events of previous shift and also identified event for the attention of the incoming shift.6. Draining of water from product tanks. Blending of products for market.7. Open Gauging and Close Gauging of product tanks. Temperature reading of product transfer lines, tanks etc.8. Line-up of pipes and tanks for internal and external transfers. Transfers to the Jetty/Berths. 9. Controlling of pressures in tanks and pipe lines. 10. Opening and closing of valves, starting and stopping of pumps.11. Enerting of pipelines, tanks and spherical tanks before final box up.12. Water flushing (pipelines)13. Air blowing(pipelines)14. Tightening test (pipe flanges, valves flanges, tanks and spherical manhole before final box up.15. Cleaning of tanks and LPG and Propylene Spheres before final box up.16. Transfer feedstock and receive products from process plants.17. Transfer product between tanks and perform bleeding operations.18. Gauge storage tanks and measure tank temperatures to check inventory of products.19. Perform routine checks on equipment and reporting any anomalies.

Operates water treatment plant, fresh water system, boilers, and compressors, anti fire pumps, power generator, cooling tower and electrical board.Specific Duties:Responsible on a shift basis, for the following activities:1.Ensure equipment is safely started or shut down from the field when required by the panel, in accordance to job procedures, safety/ environmental regulations.2.Shut down, isolate and prepare process units or production equipment for maintenance work. 3.Assist in the analysis and solution of operational problems.4.Perform condition monitoring of equipment.5.Propose changes to improve utility/power reliability.6.Prepare demine water for boiler and plant use.7.Prepare chemical solutions and control dosage for boilers and cooling tower.8.Perform minor maintenance, monitors and inspects process equipment such as boiler gun circuit breakers and force draft funs.9.Participates in emergency reviews/drills and functions as a fire fighter. 10.Coordinates and ensures that the maintenance works are done according to job procedures, safety/environmental requirements. Verifies that the maintenance works are completed and satisfactory before closure of work permits/certification.11.Take regular water samples for laboratory analysis and irregular samples upon request.12.Performs field parameter logging and reports any irregularities to the shift supervisor.13.Reviews events of previous shift and follow up on events needing attention and also identify events for the attention of the incoming shift.

Responsibilities:1.Carried out plan maintenance and calibration on instruments such us: transmitters, control valves, thermocouples, manometers, safety valves and level gauges.2.Installation of instruments and coiling of steam traces on residue pipe lines.3.Performing field calibration during and off plant running hours.
