Resolve complaints or problems faced by customers, such as missing items or not in accordance with what was purchased. Assist in organizing the work schedules of other staff, ensuring that the store has sufficient manpower during peak hours. Assist in organizing the distribution of salaries and bonuses of other employees. Record Keeping and Administration includes updating inventory, recording items sold, and recording sales and purchase transactions. Record customer requests that cannot be fulfilled immediately and submit them to management for followup. Create daily, weekly, or monthly financial reports to assist store owners in evaluating the store's financial performance. Manage payments to suppliers or sales and ensure that all bills are paid on time so that there are no problems related to the procurement of goods.
