Led the Nordstrom Bank Technology team. Responsible for a 150 person technology organization, supporting a portfolio of 4 million card holders and 150 million annual transactions. Directly leading Technical Product Management, Software Engineering, IT Operations, Data Governance, and Data Engineering.

Responsible for design and development of WesternUnion.com. Led team that launched an enhanced WesternUnion.com resulting in increased conversion rates, improved SEO, and reduced bounce rates.

Responsible for strategy, innovation, and architecture for the company’s SaaS product-line used by over 140,000 organizations in the US and Europe. Senior IT leader in the division reporting directly to Chief Operating Officer (COO). Responsible for technical and personnel leadership of 50 person software engineering and operations teams. Led agile process adoption that resulted in a 72% increase in completed projects (with only a 22% increase in resources) and a 42% reduction in “fix” releases.

Responsible for software architecture and design, development, and software support. Leadership responsibility for 28 person team, four custom built e-business products, (ETL) engine, and all corporate websites (internet, intranet and partner portals). Named inventor on pending US Patent (DN/20070294164) for unique automation solution in the card management space based on web services.

Led software engineering team responsible for developing and supporting SaaS project management software in support of PB’s domestic and global projects.
