In our daily work, we analyzed the most complicated accounting designs and transaction implemented by largest and most sophisticated market players. We evaluate the investment plans, advice one of the largest M&A, LBO, MBO deal structures, but first, we analyzed business models and customer strategies to make extensive cashflows projections, for even most extraordinary business and market scenarios.Earlier in my carrier working as an audit associate at PwC, I have gained experience in auditing, internal controls, reporting and accounting standards. In corporate finance I have learned investment valuation and developed forecasting skills. Besides technical knowledge, success in large banking sales required strong negotiating skills, both with external customers and internal stakeholders. Finance, credit risk assessment and investment valuation are crafts, where the narrative matters as much as numbers. We transform a heap of data into an appealing story, which address the interests and needs of the reader and makes decision making insightful, purposeful and comfortable.
