In charge of all aspects in running a professional football club that was founded only in 2018 and was already 3 weeks into the first ever pro tier season when I joined.- Leading all strategic planning;- Building the teams organisation in both back office staffing and front - coaching staff & playing staff;- Managing day-to-day administration, budget and operation;- Handling player transfer business;- Leading innovative projects to gain extra technical advantage such as application of analytics;- Leading commercial and marketing, match day organisation, fan engagement.

- Coordinating the total development of the PVF Football Academy infrastructure & facilities that was newly invested from late 2016 with first brick in place from early 2017 and fully operated since August 2017. It was regarded 3 Stars by AFC Youth Scheme standards.- Coordinating and assisting to smoothen the workflow of the Technical Division which consists of departments such as Coaching of all phases from U12 to U21, Goalkeeping, Sport Science & Performance, Medical & Physiotherapy, Education & Welfare, Administration & Logistics;- Assisting PVF Technical Directors - Terry Robinson (2017-2018) and Philippe Troussier (2018-2019) - in daily work;- Interpreting football specific English both in office context and on-field coaching context;- Leading the Assistant-Interpreter team (with 5-9 staff) to develope football specific translating and interpreting capacity;- Providing counsel to PVF directors regarding strategies, internal policies and decision making upon requests;- Acting as Head of Delegation for PVF youth teams in national and international tournaments, involved in planning, coaching, scouting, analysing process.
