• Performed and led teams to perform thorough socio-economic, sector and company research in support of independent valuation projects or corporate finance projects. Sectors covered included telecommunication, pharmaceutical, steel, energy, plastic, food & beverage, food services, healthcare services etc. • Performed rigorous technical tasks, including, building financial model, identifying comparable peer companies and comparable precedent transactions to calculate the range of multiples used in Market Approach, identifying the value of WACC’s components and WACC, and performing discounted cash flow to identify the range of fair present values• Developed and/or reviewed key transaction documents including teaser, information memorandum, deal considerations, draft non-binding offer/term-sheets etc.• Maintained regular contact with clients and targets in order to address their responses/ requests/concerns adequately and timely.
