My research interests focus on the interactions among factors of socio-ecological systems, and how they contribute to achieve sustainable natural resource management. I pursue research on the sustainability of community forest management schemes, on the analysis of resource user behaviors as outcomes of incentive and policies, and on the assessment of the institutional outcomes of conservation programs.Focus:- Institutional & policy analysis of natural resource management in developing countries; - Conditions for sustainable forest management at local levels; - Community Forest Enterprise (CFE) development;- Integrated REDD+ issues in forest resource governance;- Sustainable forest management in relation to Forest Certification (Lead Auditor of FSC).I'm also interested in training and capacity building for students, local staff and young middle career in mastering natural resource management issues, creative solutions for forest management, community-based business approach.
