As a Leader of creative design and IT teams: We run multiple web-based start-up applications, owning vision, design, functions, content. I have introduced tools for backlog management, SMM, SEM, email marketing, communication and data analytics. Our team created several dozen digital and outdoor campaigns and a handful of new brands and products. I managed a multi-million grant from the Regional Operational Programme for the Małopolska Region to install high end modern electroacoustic equipment in our venue.
