-Facilitate cross-cultural communication and maintain an active and engaging atmosphere for classes of up to 60 students with varying experience level and language proficiency.-Plan and implement blues and lindy hop dance workshops to large international classes.-Independently organise annual workshops within the Delft Blues Festival (Netherlands) -Employ marketing techniques in various social media and personal platforms to encourage community participation and engagement.-Advise in the implementation of ‘Safer Space’ policies to promote event security and ensure dancer well-being.

-Communicate efficiently and effectively in a friendly and positive manner with patrons, other members of staff, and management to create a pleasant atmosphere at all times.-Prepare and serve food and drink, in accordance with the health and hygiene regulations to meet the needs of the customers and staff.-Set up and clear banquet hall with quick and precise positioning of entrees, cutlery, and seating.-Maintain the kitchens, bins, dining areas, floor areas, tables and all other catering related areas, to the highest standard of cleanliness.

-Provide specialist technical and helpdesk telephone support for clients and colleagues.-Act as the first point of contact for all IT and technical queries.-Responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and end-user problems in a timely manner to the client’s satisfaction.-Communicate with internal infrastructure and development teams, and third party technical specialists

-Provide emotional support and guidance for a wide range of callers while preserving anonymity and confidentiality.-Listen with empathy and respect to establish trust with callers.-Coordinate meetings, organise social events, and organise training for volunteers.-Train, manage, and advise new volunteers for periods of 8 weeks.

-Effectively manage entrance to club and control crowd.-Responsible for the security of staff and patrons at a variety of high-profile nightclubs and bars.-Relate to the public and establish rapport quickly to gain peaceful cooperation.-Identify, mediate, and resolve situations to prevent escalation.-Respond to emergency situations and liaise with police.
