As an R&D Engineer I am responsible for the following:• Building up new products and participating in launch phases (1st sample, zero production)• Create, modify and rework production technologies, linebooks• Participating in various product development projectsI have a FLUKE Networks - CCTT certification.

As a quality assurance engineer I am responsible for the prevention of errors in manufacturing or production that lead to product defects.I have got ISO9001:2015 internal auditor certificate.My main tasks:• Performing and coordinating Data-cable measurements (like elongation/tensile strength, high frequency measurements). Maintenance, upgrade and program the instruments (Zwick, Beta, SIKORA, AESA).• Preparing, introducing and teaching measurement methods according to standards (ISO, TIA, UL).• Preparing and executing data cable test cases, making reports and present the results (like installation with FLUKE, PE degradation, RLC, colour and moistuire content of PVC.• Purchasing new measuring equipments, manage its calibrated status. Creating POs in BPCS.• I keep in contact with the auditors, contribution during the audits.• I participate in inspection of quality issues, in handling customer and supplier complains via JIRA system. • Analyzing quality complaints and making countermeasures with help of the Kaizen tools.• Making cpk analysis from the monthly measurement results.

I'm responsible for one of the four production cell. I have to ensure the continuous U/UTP Cat5, Cat6 data cable production in expected quality. In addition oversee the compliance of 5S standards, act if there's any problem with the quality or the machines, develop the production process (extrusion, wire drawing, braiding, cabling). Next to all of the mentioned above:• Creating production documents (linebooks).• Continuously decrease the scrap value of the production cell. In the year 2020 we can keep this value under 3,9% as a part of the cost reduction. The main goal is 400 000 EUR savings yearly.• Participation in implementing new products and in various projects like the development of U/UTP Cat6 AWG24 data cable.• Contact with the local Markem Imaje service, manage the MI9040, MI9450c devices (write, program new texts online/offline, troubleshooting).

My responsibilites includes some basic quality measurements used in data cable production industry. Manage Variation Control samples, calibrating the measurement instruments and support the development engineering team.
