IT Helpdesk mainly revolving around support for:- Windows- Firefox / Chrome- Internal infrastructure

Responsible for customer care through E-mail and phone. Main focus was on using SAP for PR to PO creation / change. Tasks apart from these were miscellaneous (e.g. wrote an SAP guide for colleagues / new hires; translating a monthly newsletter from English to German.

Currently assigned to Unisys Hungary Ltd. as a dedicated sourcing recruiter. Day-to-day tasks include searching for and sourcing appropriate candidates in both internal and external databases, administrating candidates in ATS, contacting candidates via phone and email, appraising the German and English language skills of candidates, conducting prescreenings and participating in interviews.Additionally, I was also tasked to write and post job advertisements on various social platforms as well as being involved in researching market intelligence.

Fixed 2-month contract. My primary workload consisted of administrative duties as well as measuring vital basic life functions, such as blood pressure, body temperature and pulse. Other diagnostic measures included writing EKG’s, measuring lung capacity and checking blood sugar. The array of tasks also included various miscellaneous jobs such as cleaning, sorting documents and administering extracorporeal shock wave therapy among others.

The assigned projects were completed by using WordPress as a base. During the training phase I’ve acquired a general understanding and insight regarding the basics of HTML and CSS which were henceforth employed in the follow-up work after setting up the websites, which mainly consisted of applying typography.Each project was split up between a small team. My responsibilities centered around site building and solutions management for WordPress. Overseeing solutions management meant finding possible ways to maximize the utilization of the options WordPress offered as well as searching for appropriate extensions and plugins.

Over the course of my employment I was delegated to work on the distribution of the PrintVIS Industrial Solution ERP system for Microsoft Dynamics NAV. My responsibilities centered on preparing individualized presentations for specific clients. Depending on magnitude and urgency, adjustments to the core presentation had to be completed in a timely fashion.The key element necessary to keep the workflow going in a beneficial direction was polishing my scheduling and teamwork skills. This allowed us to keep up with deadlines smoothly.During the in-between projects timeframe my main job was contacting potential clients, the target clientele being printing companies.

My duties as a Customer Support Agent started out by doing E-mail and Phone correspondence with German Hungarian and English speaking clients. I quickly adapted to the mindset EA had set as their mission for a pleasant customer experience.A few months after my arrival at EA, Zendesk was added as a new support ticket platform. Due to my high work capacity I had also been selected as a representative agent. Shortly thereafter I became Team Captain as well as the Specialist Point of Contact for EA’s most prominent mobile titles that were supported through Zendesk. These titles were The Simpsons Tapped Out, Heroes of Dragon Age, Monopoly Slots and SimCity BuildIt.As Team Captain I was responsible for reporting the weekly status of our specific language teams, collecting newfound data of possible improvements and challenges, as well as developing macros for quicker response times. I was also tasked with presenting our monthly data and findings to our department chiefs and their superiors.

During my stay as an intern at Lélek TV I worked in multiple fields.My tasks as the Social Media Consultant included the discussion and creation of possible advertisements and advertising strategies that the firm employed. These were mostly online, via Facebook and ads. I also worked closely with the respective executives and helped reworking the publicity strategy, in order to shift the pre-existing concept, which was based on an online newsletter as well as magazine ads, to a more up-to-date structure which revolved around online marketing.My duties as a Production Assistant covered a wide array of miscellaneous tasks, including setting up lighting, microphones as well as arranging backgrounds for interviews. The Director instructed me personally on the key tasks and aspects that should be taken into account when doing the arrangement. Furthermore, I also wrote and implemented subtitles for lectures and presentations, as well as translating these from Hungarian into German and English.
