Juan Dávila y Verdin, FRSA, serves as a Founder and Managing Director of FuturED, Founder and Managing Partner of Harrington Blue & Partners, and Senior Consultant for TESH Invest S.A., where he is a Board Member of the company. He is also the Secretary-General of the prestigious British San Martín Institute (BSMI).Also, Juan represented - as a Head of Delegation - the United Nations University for Peace (UPEACE) at the UN Conferences on Climate Change: COP28 Dubai 2023, COP27 Sharm-El-Sheik 2022, and COP 26 Glasgow 2021. He is known to be serious, reliable, and solutions-oriented, with pronounced social abilities in an international environment that links Latin America and Europe. He also has over ten years of experience in project management, working in international environments with private and public companies and non-governmental organisations. He has a deep understanding of organisational structure and a breadth and depth of international experience, proving his keen ability to navigate extraordinary challenges.Currently, Juan is a Doctoral researcher in Higher Education Management at the University of Bath. He has a United Nations Master in International Law and Diplomacy from the United Nations University for Peace (UPEACE) and the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR). Juan also has an MBA from the International University of Monaco and a BA (Hons.) in Global Politics and International Relations from Birkbeck, University of London. He is also Bachiller Universitario in History from the Universidad Nacional del Litoral in Argentina. Juan is multilingual and fluent in English, Dutch, Spanish, and Italian, with an intermediate level of French. He is a charismatic leader who drives growth-oriented change and transformation and deeply understands behavioural science, management, and strategy.
