- Development of process improvement projects in the area; - Implementation of automation of SOX audit controls; - KPI control for the implementation of area improvement projects using Power BI; - Responsible for implementing and controlling the management of the company's indirect purchasing contracts; - Administration of the Nimbi tool; - Responsible for mediating training on payment conveyor processes; - Preparation, maintenance and control of the Sharepoint website and area dashboards; - Management of virtual cards; - Responsible for monitoring SOX audits in the area and for building and unifying internal purchasing policies for 14 business units;

- Preparation and control of the project to implement a contract management flow; - Generate requests for Nimbi contracts and administration; - Responsible for two controls of the SOX purchasing policy, for the development of presentations of results and training for client areas and for the execution of internal flow communications for the other units;

- Development of the budget monitoring automation project and implementation of an informative finance map for those responsible for area budgets; - Creation of KPIs and dashboards to visualize indicators; - Responsible for budget reclassifications and changes in approval levels in the Protheus ERP System.
