Expertise in technical viability, improvement of production line processes, cost analysis and estimation for investments decisions, production line capacity studies, resource development for cadence improvement, evaluation and reduction of non-conformities, projects management focused on costs reductions, participation and leadership in continuous improvement projects.

Supervision of receiving and quality checking of items received from national and international suppliers. Supervision of distribution center inventory quality control activities. Development of projects to reduce failures in the storage process, outlining short, medium and long term strategies that make it possible to meet the daily and seasonal demands of the stores served by the distribution center. Development of indicators for analysis and control of logistics processes aiming to reduce waste and increase productivity. People management and development of trainings focused at identifying profiles aligned with the organization of stock, quality, accuracy, and agility in processes.

Job rotation in all areas of the Distribution Center, from receiving items, to shipping to the Riachuelo’s North/Northeast branches, going through all administrative processes. Development of reports with process mapping, critical analysis, and improvement proposals for all areas operated.

Project management of purchasing and receiving resources from suppliers according to the progress and needs of the work.
