Department of Psychiatry and Mental Health, School of Medicine, Project: "Delivering an integrated decision analysis, monitoring & evaluation infrastructure to support more effective and responsive child and youth mental health systems"Support the implementation of the initiative by coordinating data collection, analysis, and synthesis (quantitative and qualitative); producing research materials (interview and focus group guides, surveys), research protocols and reports; coordinating with local partners (NGOs, government, Academia, lived experience associations) and international researchers; overseeing research assistants.Support the project's sustainability by identifying funding opportunities, as well as drafting proposals. - I identified, mapped, and extracted over 180 databases (administrative datasets, research data, public health surveillance) which were key in both supporting the development of a dynamic systems model, and building trust with stakeholders.The program capitalizes on qualitative and participatory research methodologies to co-develop a systems modelling and simulation tool; to conduct a study on the feasibility and added value of participatory methodologies to systems modelling (desk reviews, patient journeys); and to co-design a technological mental health platform (R&D) to support help-seeking and self-management of youth mental health concerns.

Moral Emotions Lab, project: "The signaling value of forgiveness: observer's competence, warmth, and morality perceptions of forgiving victims"Perform literature reviews, prepare grant applications and research materials (questionnaires, vignettes, pre-registrations), analyze quantitative data, present advances in the weekly international Lab meeting, write reports and draft papers. Technically assist in the drafting of proposals for UKRI funding and carry out administrative coordination with partners and suppliers.- I wrote, together with two Research Associates, the funding request that won the internal research grant.- I accelerated both the fundraising process and theoretical stages of the project thanks to my previous experience in forgiveness research.

In charge of the High School Career Guidance Service which includes: - Developing and teaching the career guidance curriculum.- Assessing interests, personality traits, and academic motivation.- Offering guidance to high school students and parents regarding their life plans, higher education choices, and motivation.- Coordinating activities (Universities Fair, field trips, conferences) with Universities in order to improve post-secondary opportunities for students, and match their expectations to academic offerings. The Montessori British School is a multilingual (English, French, Mandarin, Spanish) co-educational institution, accredited by AdvancED/Cognia, Cambridge International Examinations, and the Confucius Institute, ranked at the top 1% of Colombian schools. My personal goals in this position included diversifying academic offerings (language of instruction, host countries, costs) to capitalize on the school academic profile while increasing students’ access to higher education.

Lead therapeutic groups, perform experiential therapeutic activities and interventions (crisis intervention, emotion regulation) with teenagers and young adults dealing with different substance abuse issues, and correlated family, social (social adaptation, work integration, school completion), and legal problems.

Assist experiential therapeutic activities, intervene in group therapies, and in the individual therapy of a client together with the leading therapist of the case.- I designed and developed modifications to the therapeutic strategy that allowed to match it to one specific client's profile (frames, timing).- I designed and developed new group, and individual, therapeutic activities approved by the therapeutic team.

Assist the design of well-being and social responsibility activities, as well as participate in the full life cycle recruitment. Support staff training and development programs.

Assist the teacher, with two other teaching assistants, in lessons’ and materials’ preparation for a class of 90 students. - I prepared review sessions for midterms that improved content and form of freshmen students' essays.

Provide academic tutorials with psychological support to elementary and secondary students. Design creative activities and workshops for each session that fit students' needs, abilities and progress. - I offered academic and emotional support that contributed to the school and social adaptation process of a 5-year-old foreign student. - I designed activities to develop essential skills for academic success (time management and academic load management) of an 11 year old student.

Assist the two teachers with lessons' and workshops' preparation, communication with students and coordination with the University for class purposes. - I developed weekly review sessions for midterms and final tests that allowed knowledge consolidation and implementation. - I proposed and developed open and multiple-choice questions for midterms.
