Responsible for the distribution of Kids Knitwear (Girl, Boy, Baby girl and Baby boy).As a Distribution Controller, my main responsabilities are sales, stock and store capacity analysis in order to do the correct distribution of product in all Zara's stores.I am also currently responsible for controlling and reporting mrkup and price variation of our references, as well as any data analysis.

The main goal of the Distribution team is to ensure maximum efficiency in the allocation of stock in Parfois stores and warehouses, adjusting the variety and depth of articles to the needs of the stores.As Category Manager, I coordinate a team of 3 elements, which guarantees the stock management of 5 product categories: Handbags, Night and Party Bags, Wallets and Travel Bags. My main responsibiliies are team management, data analysis and project management.

Responsible for coordinating the operation of 5 Parfois stores in Poland in terms of company mission, values and culture.Focus on recruitment and training teams at various levels: sales and customer service techniques; merchandising of product; store organization and replenishment; team management; among others.

Responsible for coordinating the operation of Parfois stores in the north of Portugal, in terms of mission, values and company culture.Focus on the profitability of the stores and sales growth. Also, focused in the recruitment, training and development of the teams.

As Jewellery Stock Manager, great focus on the organization and monitoring of the stock levels, in order to maximize the efficiency and allocation of it in Parfois stores and warehouses.
