I am a Customer Service Representative at Seprod Group of Companies, a leading food manufacturer and distributor in Jamaica. I graduated with an Associate Degree in Engineering from Portmore Community College in 2020. My core competencies include communication, customer experience, and customer service.In my current role, I handle customer complaints and provide satisfactory solutions, following up to ensure that a resolution is found. I also manage large amounts of inbound calls and meet personal and team targets and call-handling quotas. Previously, I was a Customer Service Team Lead at Sutherland, where I led, trained, and advised team members to ensure customer satisfaction, and handled and resolved escalated calls. I also observed team performance to identify areas of improvement and coached them to success. I generated comprehensive reports about team performance and mission-related objectives. I am motivated by helping customers and delivering quality service, and I value teamwork, learning, and innovation.
