I enjoy dealing with complex issues and coming away with solutions and understanding. Whether it is arranging a deal, mediating a conflict, helping someone resolve a problem or working with people on their career development and managerial skills.Previously, I lead on IR issues in relation to pay and pensions for DPER negotiating national pay agreements and a multitude of health related projects. been advisor to C-Suite Managers and Lead Negotiation on the Children's Hospital Project . I have successfully integrated the three Paediatric Hospitals into the New Children's Hospital and delivered on the engagement of the internal and external stakeholders. I have also designed the process of Org Design Transition for the new for CHI organisational structures.I work to influence and lead out on negotiating change and have spent 10 years leading the Faculty of Health Sciences at Trinity College Dublin. Whilst there I led on Coaching, Mentoring, Mediation and Academic Career Development Programmes to TCD and directing the HR activities for the faculty. Since leaving TCD I have enjoyed working with Medical Professionals on career development and I always enjoy helping them resolve their non-clinical problems. I hold an MSc from Sheffield Hallam University, a primary degree from the National College of Ireland and I am a previous graduate of The Honorable Society of King’s Inns with a special interest in Medical and Employment Law.
