As a Project Support Specialist for Africa, I am responsible for the order life cycle management from quotation to shipping. Supporting all sales related activities according to the internal procedures in line with company policy and systems (for ex. SAP, NewEpic), all rules and regulations from export&import point of view.Keeping daily contact with the dedicated sales team for Africa, Logistics, Planning and Manufacturing sites, ensuring on time readiness of purchased products, organizing delivery with the selected forwarding agent to their destination country via sea (mainly container loads) as well as paying special attention to all required documentation depending on the destination (for ex. BESC for Cameroon, Certificate of Conformity for Morocco, Ivory Coast, Gabon). Organizing physical inspections and quality control, obtaining the necessary documents and monitoring the process until the declaration of conformity is issued by a third party.
