I designed and implemented a new database for the newly created unit of Semmelweis University in order to record and use the data more efficiently. was one of my tasks: - assessing the "as is" status - planning and designing a "to be" status - investigating different solutions, implementing final solution - integration of the newsletter software based on the new database, editing the website, contact with target groups

My tasks were as follows, specific health projects (TÁMOP 6.2.5/B, GINOP-2.2.1 ) as a process expert, I had to assess the given holistic processes (as is status) and document them visually and textually. Then, suggestions had to be made on how the processes could be reorganised and made more efficient.
