My tasks were as follows, specific health projects (TÁMOP 6.2.5/B, GINOP-2.2.1 ) as a process expert, I had to assess the given holistic processes (as is status) and document them visually and textually. Then, suggestions had to be made on how the processes could be reorganised and made more efficient.
