- providing support in Sales processes for Sony's Customers in the Spanish Market- daily communication with Spanish Clients

- deal sourcing- building partnerships- recruiting and sourcing new colleagues- helping in event preparation and execution- order operations & logistics, daily cooperation with a courier company- office management- day-to-day operations

- recruiting and sourcing staff to the bars of Public Catering of the festival- building database- creating the working schedule of 150 people of the bars for the whole festival, for 31 daysteamwork with my HR coordinator associate:- doing the daily check-in and check-out of our staff- teaching, coaching, instructing and coordinating the staff in the bars during the whole event- daily communication with the 150 people- handling problems and questions of our staff

- responsible for delivering outstanding guest experience on galas, festivals, corporate events, sport & cultural events, etc.- providing high customer satisfaction at family & teambuilding days, etc.- sales at store & night promotions, roadshows, marketing activities, etc.- coordination of guests and hostesses, animators- representation of numerous brands and products from various fields (food&bevarage, beauty, electronic, entertainment, etc.)

- taking part in the tasks and processes of physical logistics, procurement, logistic support, lean projects of the factory- supporting-process coordination independently- overview of all functions of the company in parallel with the university curriculum

- coordination and smooth involvement of international student having wide cultural differences into the life of our University and Budapest as well- managing and solving their private and educational problems
