- Monitored and managed Margroup's Corner fanpage with more than 14,000 followers (reaches, likes, followers and interactions of media post).- Built a communication timeline and media campaigns monthly on Social media platforms: Facebook, Tiktok... to promote Margroup to the target audience and increase fanpage recognition.- Identified trends and target audience insights to improve post quality and optimize approach.- Evaluated and measured the performance of the communication campaign and provide solutions for the next projects.- Collaborated with the Head of Human Resources to develop a plan suitable for the function and people of Margroup
