Recently minted LGSW with a focus on aging and dementia care. Dementia Navigator for vulnerable older adults and their caregivers in Washington, DC.Formerly also an advisor at AARP Foundation, where I helped lead the development and implementation of strategies and programs to combat isolation and loneliness among vulnerable older adults. Working with researchers, experts, and practitioners from across the globe, I developed a range of initiatives to address isolation at the individual, community, societal, and systems levels. I managed a broad research portfolio, including development of a tool to screen individuals for isolation, and I used human-centered design approaches to create and execute everything from technology training programs to community development initiatives.
