As an Assistant Project Engineer in the Project Planning & Development Department of the Ministry, I managed work activities across multiple construction sites using project management tools. In this role, I supervised construction processes to ensure procedural compliance in all site operations and maintenance activities.To keep stakeholders informed of project progress, I created reports and documentation using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Additionally, I facilitated communication and collaboration between project contractors and community residents to ensure project goals were met. If challenging issues arose, I escalated them to senior executives and worked with them to find prompt and effective solutions.I also contributed to maintaining project records by documenting minutes of meetings between project stakeholders, contractors, and senior executives.Through my work in the construction industry, I have developed strong project management skills and a keen ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
