Current• Sources top talent using social media, job boards, LinkedIn, Handshake, Indeed, 3rd party recruiting, and referrals to procure talent on a nationwide scale. • Performs research within a business area to understand the skills set needed. Listens to webinars, lunch and learns, and meets with various practice employees to understand the skill set and job responsibilities needed for open roles.• Reviews and screens applications and candidates to ensures minimum qualifications are being met. Facilitates candidates through the interviews process including competency-based, technical, behavioral-based, and cultural interviews. • Debriefs with the interviewing and leadership team to receive feedback on the candidates. Puts together the business case, level, and solution/segment of where the candidate will be placed. Communicates with candidate relevant information (start date, comp, business case, level, solution/segment), and starts the offer letter DocuSign process.• Partners with leadership, as a recruiting subject matter expert, to design, develop, and implement a recruiting strategy to create a diverse, qualified candidate pool.• Tracks and reports against established success metrics to ensure that hiring goals are met and the quality of hires is diverse & qualified.• Understands the corporate culture and is an advocate of Protiviti's vision, mission, and values. Participates in culture programming including office activities, recognition programs, and promotion celebrations. • Assists with employee actions including onboarding new hires, transfers, leaves of absence, and terminations. Collaborates and assists with People and Culture (HR), Learning and Development, and other departments as needed.
