I am currently working as an in-house Cyber Secuirty Analyst for ERM. Within this role I am presently focusing on GRC and Opertations. From a GRC prespective, I manage the Training and Awareness program for the company and I rolled out Cyber Business Impact Assessments Operationally, I conduct security reviews for our Mergers and Aquistions team and for new software acquired. Before my current role, I took a career break to study to transition between section. I achieved a 1.1 in a MSc in Cybersecurity Management, with a focus on AI and 5G national and international policy. In my previous role as Team Lead, I established and ran many initiatives that honed my own organisational, communication and interpersonal skills. I managed a team of ‘Co-Developers’ as well as a team of German speaking Content Analysts. The Co-Developer team was focused on optimising internal practices to ensure our company continued to be a top performer among other vendors.My academic background enables my research and analysis ability, problem solving and communication skills. I am adaptive to new challenges and changing environments. These projects have allowed me to conduct deep research into emerging technologies and the impacts they have on society and national security.
