Perform mid-semester performance reviews for each facilitator pair.~Facilitated EDUC 2610, “Intergroup Dialogue Project”. - During Spring 2014 semester, co-facilitate undergraduate students enrolled in a Religion dialogue, meet weekly with co-facilitator to plan weekly sessions, grade weekly journals, present and grade the Intergroup Collaborative action projects as well as final papers.~Create and implement a three-day facilitator training for Intergroup Dialogue facilitators.~Produce marketing materials for on-campus recruitment events to increase program visibility and enrollment; more than quadrupled enrollment for EDUC 2610 within three semesters.~Plan, develop, and implement diversity programming and training for campus partners: Human Resource, Residential Programs, Pre-Freshman Summer Program, Summer College, Learning Strategies Center, and National Society of Minorities in Hospitality.~Supervise and manage work-study students.~Interview and train new employees.~Manage annual program budget.~Using Blackboard educational software, create and maintain sites for EDUC 2610, EDUC 3610, and EDUC 4980 courses.~Create and maintain department website using Adobe Dreamweaver and Facebook page.
