Sales activities

- As part of the purchase development, work closely with category leaders and business development managers to lead and support sourcing projects for excellent performance, has solid experience in competitive biddings, RFI/RFQ/RFP, e-sourcing.- Provide project management skills and logic analytical skills for the purchase development process across all different types of materials and categories, e.g. carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, ceramics, plastic. - Perform comprehensive value chain and cost break-down analysis (material, components, production process, energy, labour, overhead/profit) during quotation process, and facilitating negotiations with suppliers to ensure highest quality at the lowest cost solution.- Hands-on sourcing experience in injection plastic products, and kitchen knife. Identify focus area for potential business opportunities, scout and select new supplier by defining criteria, shortlist potential suppliers for visiting, evaluate and assess supplier’s strategic fit, production set-up, quality system, social and responsibility.
