While managing Alive’s Instagram, I strategize social media content while analyzing best performing audiences for retargeting/prospecting. I coordinate and creatively direct an outreach of 196k followers. By developing and implementing a social media content plan that aligns with Alive’s overall marketing strategy I am able to resonate with our target audience. Using design, text posts, videos and more I produce original and relevant content. I am also overseeing the day-to-day management of Alives social media platforms by planning and scheduling posts using management tools. I ensure that all of our social media profiles are up-to-date with our latest launches, information, branding and visuals. While doing all of these things I make sure to engage with our followers by responding to their comments, messages and mentions in a timely manner to gain a sense of community and up-lift our community members. I develop social media campaigns that will enhance our marketing goals, program launches and promotions while staying current to social media trends and platform updates. By fulfilling these responsibilities I am able to grow Alive’s online social media presence, engage with the Alive Community and drive business goals.

While staying up-to-date with current social media trends and using trend prediction I am able to create content that will resonate with our target audience, boost engagement and bring awareness to Alani Nu. I proficiently use tools like Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro and Tiktok’s in-app editing features to create engaging content. I am able to adapt to new trends, algorithm changes and audience preferences to create content that will perform well on different social media platforms like Tiktok and Instagram.

By using effective communication skills I was able to analyze customer issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. I built and maintained positive relationships with customers by resolving complaints and issues effectively and to the customer's satisfaction. I managed multiple customer interactions simultaneously through phone, email and chat while maintaining extensive knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers. Paid attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer information, oder processing and documentation.

I conducted daily updates to social media profiles to boost Ali & Ariels online presence by strategizing social media content while analyzing best performing audiences for retargeting/prospecting. I made sure to engage with our audience by responding to comments, posts, and questions through various social media channels and via email. While creating engaging content I was able to catch the attention of potential customers and create informative and entertaining posts for clients. While staying up-to-date with the company's social media platforms I also creatively planned out future photoshoots for upcoming clothing line launches and creating video and photo content at said shoot for all platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest.
