- Field inquiries for incoming projects from contractors, private companies, and property managers- Examine drawings & specifications to identify scope and material requirements - Conduct site inspections to confirm project scope, site conditions, and meet clientele- Gather subcontractor proposals and submittals- Develop formal project estimates exceeding $350,000 in cost.- Gather material submittals and project-specific JHA requirements- Create detailed service requests for field technicians- Stay up to date on industry standards and research new materials, processes, and equipment- Follow up with existing customers to ensure projects were successful- Maintain a detailed catalog of customer information and correspondence- Track stockroom use and order & inventory materials and equipment as needed
