- Wrote an editorial for the journal, Aging- Contributed to the editing of multiple published manuscripts- Mentored 2 master's level students, teaching them lab techniques and supporting their lab training and development- Helped perform experiments in 2 published manuscripts - Generated multiple transgenic strains of C. elegans to assess isoform-specific differences in the C. elegans tau-like protein- Assessed C. elegans neuronal function using different functional assays (gentle touch response, worm crawling speed, etc.)-Imaged transgenic C. elegans strains with a confocal microscope to observe transgene expression and assess neuron morphology
