Served as corporate, transactional and regulatory counsel to entities providing services and products in areas such as a hospital system with multiple hospitals and physician practices, single and multi-specialty physician practices, ambulatory surgery centers, wholesale pharmacy, electronic patient communication, support for clinical trials, and health care non-profit foundations. In addition, ensured compliance with healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements, including HIPAA, Stark law and Anti-Kickback statutes.
