Established in 2012 by Alison Mudie and Lisa Maude, e-GPS specialises in developing and implementing health awareness projects for diverse communities and the people who live and work within them. Through creative project solutions, e-GPS enable access to clear, consistent health information that is culturally appopriate, socially inclusive and environmentally driven. The team at e-GPS share a wealth of experience. Together, Alison and Lisa integrate their knowledge of primary health care with information technology, health promotion, cultural diversity, connectedness to self, family, community and the envionment. With two decades of combined experience supporting health professionals, health consumers and public health communities, e-GPS has a valuable understanding of the complexities at all levels of primary health care, consumer experince and public health policy.

Pain Management Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) - ADAPT Coordinator.ADAPT is a multidisciplinary pain management program for people who have been experiencing persistent pain for 3 months or more. Very often, people with persistent or chronic pain are distressed, notice physical deterioration, feelings of depression and helplessness and may experience side effects from pain medications. ADAPT is an intensive program that involves learning about the nature of chronic pain, how to reframe the way we think about pain and how to reduce dependence on pain medication while increasing activity. Alison's CNS role was part of a greater team of health professionals and involved coordinating ADAPT work-up plans with the patient, their family, the workplace/insurer/caseworker, their GP and other medical specialists. Alison had daily contact with every ADAPT patient before during and after the program (at 6 and 12 month follow-up) Alison presented interactive lectures to each group on Communication strategies and was involved in developing medication reduction plans.
