Salesforce Certified Administrator passionate about Salesforce and keen to keep learning and progressing in the Salesforce eco-system. Recently decided that I wanted to re-focus my career to Salesforce and decided to retrain with the highly regarded Supermums. I have been working with a non-profit working on their donor onboarding processes and a project to clean up many years of duplicates and NPSP anomalies. This work has resulted in automating a new contact entry process, saving users many hours a month, and cleaning up their database to enable much more efficient mail-outs.
