Design and integrate 3rd party systems into customer specific, building automation, energy management & access control systems via Delta, Andover or Schneider Electric Controls. Create control wiring diagrams, product information and integration process for lighting, temperature, water heating and security integration. Job duties include providing cost estimates, panel layouts, network topology/system architecture layouts, 2D-3D floor plans, wiring standards, schedules of materials, checking software parameters, provide complete Submittal and Operation & Maintenance Manuals upon project completion.

Provide 2 and 3 dimensional shop drawings of molds needed per job requirement. Products consisted of concrete balusters, keystones, water fountains, entrance signs for communities and businesses, pool copings, pillars, etc.

Draft house location surveys with information provided by field crews (i.e. bearings and distances, iron pipes found, house swings, etc.).
